In January 2020, the (WHO) declared the outbreak of a new coronavirus disease in Hubei Province, China to be a public health emergency of International Concern.
What is known about the virus?
It is a large group of viruses. The virus consists of a core of genetic material and outer shell of protein spikes.
What are the Symptoms?
Symptoms of Covid-19 appears within 2 – 14 days after exposure and include fever,cough,runny nose and difficulty breathing.
How is Covid-19 treated?
There is currently no FDA approved medication for Covid-19. People infected with this virus should receive supportive care such as rest, fluids and fever control, to help relieve symptoms.

CURB THE SPREAD
Anyone with even a mild cough or low-grade fever (37.3 or more) needs to stay at home. Keep communicating and promoting the message that people need to stay at home even if they have just the mild symptoms.

There is a risk that people attending your meeting or event might be unwittingly brining the COVID-19 virus to the meetings. Make sure all organizers, participants, caters and visitors at the event provides contactable details.
