We encourage everyone to do what is needed to avoid getting or spreading the virus.

Stay a safe distance from other people – more than one metre.

Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds.

Cough into a tissue or flexed elbow – throw the tissue away immediately and wash your hands.

Don’t touch your face – the virus can enter through your nose, mouth or eyes.

Don’t go out during the lockdown unless absolutely necessary.

Encourage others to take the same precautionary measures.
